Life is Strange: Before The Storm - PlayStation 4

Love love love love love this game. It’s just as good as the original, and i definitely need to get the newer versions!

So, stepping into Before the Storm as someone who’s played plenty of narrative games, I went in cautious—with the original Life Is Strange being such a high bar. But Deck Nine manages to pull off a pretty strong prequel. You’re playing as Chloe before Max’s return, and there’s no time-rewind mechanic this time. Instead, you're getting Backtalk sequences and sharp dialogue choices, which works well most of the time—though sometimes it feels like the “right answer” is too obvious or the stakes are artificially ramped. The emotional center between Chloe and Rachel carries the game: both characters are voiced passionately and feel layered, especially when things go off the rails. The story’s pacing skips a bit (Episode 3 is weaker than the first two) but the finale lands hard. Visually it’s gorgeous in that indie, painterly style, though you do notice a few rough edges and lighting inconsistencies. If you like character-driven stories and are ok with fewer gameplay mechanics, this one’s a rewarding ride—even if it doesn’t quite eclipse its predecessor.

The game works great! And I got the deluxe edition which I didn’t think I was buying... that was an awesome surprise. The case is damaged and doesn’t close properly. But that’s not really an issue.

No si esto se más cosa del envío, pero me han tocado dos veces en las que compró un videojuego por Amazon y cuando me llegan el disco viene suelto y esta ligeramente empolvado. Por suerte y justo como la primera vez; no se rayo en lo mínimo.
