Quality faucet, especially for the price. Looks great. Works great. Very smooth when swiveling. Pullout function and spray mode work well. Easy to install (not so easy getting the old off-brand unit out!). Instructions were fairly clear with a couple of minor errors, but I called the 800 number (short wait) and they were very helpful.

This was my first time installing a kitchen faucet, and overall, the experience with the Renzo was very positive. Removing the old faucet was the hardest part due to corrosion and tight anchor points, but the instructions for this model were clear and straightforward once that was out of the way. I really like that the engagement nut faces forward for easier future access as well. The brushed steel finish looks great and resists fingerprints and spots, which is a huge upgrade from previous. The handle moves smoothly, the hoses are clearly labeled, and the pullout sprayer is smooth, with good water flow on both the stream and spray options. I appreciated the quick-connect cable and included nut installation tool, which made the process a little easier. While the spout reach and height is slightly shorter than my previous faucet, and the connector hose is plastic instead of metal (which is what the product image looks like), it still works well and pivots easily to avoid stress. One caution, when hand-tightening the plastic threads at the sprayer, be careful not to over-crank, as it can strip. My hand-tight and a fractional turn further stripped the threads a little, but it seems to be holding up fine without leaks for now. All in all, it’s a sleek and easy to install faucet, with pretty good quality for the price. Still recommended.

This is a really nice Kitchen Faucet ,it’s all in one unit,so it’s not taking up all the sink area,that I like having my sponges and scrubbing items and hand soap placed there.The hand sprayer that pulls out has a lot of hose to it,so I can wash all my tall pans the sink now.Also the stainless steel doesn’t leave water marks on it from using it, it always looks nice and shiney.It does cost a little more,but the quality is outstanding,my mother in law has this same one in her condo ,and has had it for over 49 years and it still looks like new.Thats how we seen it to began with.Sometimes yoh can catch it on sale like we did ,we got it for $96,in Oct.2025 which was a really great deal as we know it will last a lifetime.I highly recommend MOEN KITCHEN FAUCET !

I placed my order for this faucet on June 16th and it was delivered on June 18th, so delivery was quick and it was well packaged so as to protect the faucet. The contents in the “What’s in the box” section describe the following: Kitchen Faucet Flexible supply lines with 3/8" compression fittings Deck Plate What it doesn’t state is that a faucet/sink wrench is also included (see pictures). Also, there were no installation instructions, instead there was a QR code that was supposed to provide installation instructions that did not work when I scanned it with my phones camera. I wound up contacting Moen and they sent me a link to an instruction video. I didn’t necessarily need instructions to install it, but I wanted to be sure that I wouldn’t be missing any steps in the installation of this faucet. The finish on this faucet is nice (see pictures). The water pressure that comes out of this faucet, particularly in spray mode, is more than adequate. The retractable portion of the faucet is good in that it retracts easily, doesn’t hang, is not loose and stays put. One feature that I consider to be really good is that when you switch to the spray feature and then shut off the faucet and turn it back on, it will automatically go back to the regular water stream without having to deactivate the spray feature. Installation was not complicated at all, the toughest part was working in the confined and limited space underneath my kitchen cabinet. In conclusion, so far I am pleased with this purchase. This faucet seems sturdy and dependable. If you’re looking for a kitchen faucet, I highly recommend this Moen product.

This faucet was used to replace a Delta faucet that was purchased in Jan 2022 that had seized up and would no longer turn. Was skeptical that a faucet that was almost half the price of the Delta faucet would be of good quality, but it is. The installation was a breeze and far superior to that of the Delta faucet. Ease of operation of the handle and spin were a great improvement over the Delta faucet. Would highly recommend this facet for not only the price, but also the quality of the product.

I had a satisfactory Moen Fawcett for almost 10 years and then the cartridge and the pullout leaked or became unusable. The cartridge had gone bad after just one year before that and was replaced. I called Moen to ask about the Lifetime Guarantee and they were pleasant and sent me 7 packages separately with all the sub-components I would need to rebuild my old unit. But when I asked my plumber if he would be ok with rebuilding the fawcett with all these components, he laughed and said it would be much cheaper for me to buy a NEW unit. So I did. The Renzo fawcett is half the weight of my previous unit so there must be a lot more plastic. Time will tell how long it will last. The center ring is chrome-like while the top handle and base look like imitation stainless steel. It looks cheap and cheesy and you don't know that until you open the box. I've read other reviews that said Moen sent them a replacement fawcett. don't know they could not do that for me. To me, sending me 7 envelopes with individual components - and expecting me to watch videos to try and figure things out - was a STUPID idea. How much would it have cost Moen to send me a new unit as opposed to 7 different mailings. I would have been willing to go 50/50 with them on the replacement cost. I can't see paying a plumber big bucks $$$$ to stand around and see if Moen sent all the right components and that they all fit and operated properly. Incredible. When I rebuild my bathroom, I will no longer be loyal to Moen.

The plug and play connector for the main hose it makes it really easy to connect this thing up. Its a quality unit with some weight to it and a replaceable cartridge which I wanted vs some of the other choices here that are not known brands. Its also not as high of a profile around 10-11" which perfectly fits my area.

This is a beautiful and functional faucet. No issues with installing it myself. And since it's a Moen product, well hey, it's top-of-the-line. Not much else to say about a Moen product. You get what you pay for, and buying any Moen product is a very smart choice.
