Foundation primer with Sunscreen SPF 15

I’ve been using this for several years now and continue to love the way it makes your skin feel. After applying, my skin feels very silky smooth. It is not heavy on the skin.

I thought it was a lotion, but it’s a gel. It was difficult applying foundation over it. I was expecting a more luminous or dewy finish. Very disappointing.
