I've ordered these before, so I was expecting the small white/clear pill I got before. THIS ONE IS BRIGHT RED...CONTAINS REDDYE 40. So I am throwing these into the trash bin because they are nor returnable. Also this: Red 40, also known as Allura Red AC or FD&C Red 40, is a synthetic food dye that has been linked to DNA damage and inflammation in the colon and rectum:DNA damage: Studies have shown that Red 40 damages DNA in vitro and in vivo.Inflammation: In mice, consuming Red 40 in a high-fat diet for 10 months led to low-grade colonic inflammation. I love them! They wake me up and they don't wire me. I find them mild but potent.Be nice if they got rid of the red dye.

It works very good it doesn't irritate my stomach like other products have in the past

I’ve found myself extra tired during menopause. Caffeinated drinks make me nauseous and shaky. These are a great alternative but be careful! The instructions suggest taking 2 every morning. I have to open 1 capsule and dump half of it into the trash to avoid the nausea and jitters.
