I bought this laptop last month, after using the machine for over a month here my observationsDecent battery backup, display is nice, best for heavy browsing and simple working like excel, word, Power point etc. so far haven't faced any issues with the laptop. Navigation within the application is smooth, haven't observed any heating issues.I received a really good product as no visible damages, if you look closely you can figure it out it's used or refurbished laptop.Overall happy with the purchase.The seller is also very supportive and helping. I wanted to register my warranty reached out to them over whatsapp they guided me with the steps for registration and seeked timely feedback.Best for low budget purchase and for basic usage.

Amazon stated that the product is eligible for replacement. However, on the day I received the product, I informed Amazon that the charger was not working. I expected a replacement, but they said a replacement wasn’t possible, and I would need to return the product instead. I placed a return request on the same day, but it has been over 10 days, and the order still hasn’t been picked up. This delay has left me unable to use the laptop or purchase a new one, as I’m waiting for the refund. Consequently, my work has been significantly delayed.

Received the product as described. packing was excellent.. Seller provides their own secure packing apart from Amazons packing. Product received in excellent condition.. Could barely find any scratches.. Windows 11 and Ms office pre installed. Quality and performance of laptop is as good as new laptop. Seller is highly approachable n good customer support from seller edify winuall.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product for my work. Because of my urgency I paid extra money for fast delivery and I got the product by 10pm. At 11pm this blue screen was showing and it will show its restarting but it won't restart. I waited more than 3 hour for the restart. But I had to manually shut it down and again logged in. After that every 1 hour it's behaving the same. Showing blue screen, restarting, shutting down, logging in. So I contacted the seller and went to the sellers place and they found out it was RAM issue and they changed it. After that I came back to my place and trying to log in it'll login but automatically shutdown within seconds. For this issue I spend 400rs for travelling and wasted my time as well. Now I am returning the product since they have no replacement.This is my experience but not all products are same. If you want you can buy or not.The sellers was well behaved and tried to sort the issue. But it didn't work.

The laptop arrived on time and was well-packaged.It configured as advertised, with good performance for a refurbished device.The exterior condition is good; nothing unexpected for a refurbished item.The performance is also as expected.After 4 months of use , got issue of HDD detection , but as the laptop is within warranty , seller taken care of the issues and resolved within 4/5 daysThe sellers was well behaved too and understandable .

I purchased this laptop expecting reliability, but within just two months, the SSD failed completely, rendering the device unusable. To make matters worse, Windows crashed repeatedly before the failure, making it impossible to work efficiently.When I reached out to the seller for support, I was met with nothing but excuses. They refused to arrange collection or offer a proper replacement, leaving me stuck with a faulty product and no resolution. For the price I paid, I expected at least a functional device and decent customer service. Instead, I got neither.Avoid this seller and their defective products at all costs. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help!

I liked its display quality and functionality.Initially it's battery life is very well, but when it comes to half it, goes down quite rapidly.And Heat level is also not problematic.
