Q: How do you change from f to c or back? they work good but one somehow switched to show c and i can't figure out how to change it back. thanks!

You don’t , they just stay on. Maybe take batteries out if needed.

Q: Is there a way to calibrate this hygrometer?

NO-YES google calibrate hygrometer, using table salt you will be able to establish how much your unit is off-if any. That should allow you to calculate the correct humidity from your reading. You may want to try it several times, to test its repeatability.
