This HHH Full Size ATV arrived quickly - within a few days of purchase - and in good shape. We are very happy it arrived before Christmas and the $400 delivery fee was worth paying, as it was delivered in a crate on a pallet in a huge truck, and brought directly to our driveway. There was a metal frame inside the crate (presumably for protection) and all parts were packed neatly inside. Although this ATV is not fully assembled, the vehicle is pretty easy to put together. There's a YouTube video link that is sent by the company once it is ordered, which is pretty funny (silly music in the background), that shows most of what needs to be done. The instructions state that a technician is needed to put the parts together, but that's not really necessary if you have common sense and use logic to figure out what is needed. The brakes, control rods for steering, wheels, and racks all need to be installed, and they were easy to figure out. Again, the video was sort of confusing, as there were no verbal or written instructions, so we just had to use a bit of logic and replay the video for some of the tighter fittings. It took a couple afternoons to get everything fully assembled and actually lots of fun to do with my son before Christmas. There's a DVD shipped with the ATV in a box with the Owner's Manual. That DVD is pretty hilarious, as it spends much time showing someone getting dressed and putting on a helmet to drive the ATV - and then lots of safety information about how to drive an ATV. The Owner's Manual does provide good information about what kind of gas and oil to use, as well as how to maintain the battery and adjust the brakes, although the English isn't great. The good news is that, after it was all put together, we turned the key, pushed the start button, and it started right up, even in cold weather. And it drives very well. The engine is smooth, the speed is good (not too fast, but also not too slow), turning is easy, and the gears shift very well. This is an ATV we will used for fun around our property and for doing a little work around the house. And my son loves it. So, we give this ATV a 5-star review because we had quick delivery, it was easy to put together, the vehicle started right up after assembly, and it runs smoothly. We believe this is one of the better ATVs available on Amazon and encourage HHH to make a better accompanying video, make a more professional safety DVD, and correct the English grammar in the Owner's Manual. Yay!

Tires are made out of a very hard rubber, almost like a vinyl. No grip on hard pack snow or ice covered dirt roads.

Assembly was fairly simple. It starts and runs great. Make sure the gas petcock valve (located on the rider lady side) is n the on position. It’s under the gas tank cowling hard to see but it’s there. The Turning radius is not as sharp as my Polaris but overall I like the ATV and I am pleased with my purchase. I use it around my homestead. After the initial break in period, you will find that the speed is descent. Just make sure to check the oil level before riding, shut of the gas peacock valve if you do not ride very often and follow the recommended maintenance schedule and it should last a long time.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The paint is peeling in many locations. The order was double stacked as well ( I ordered two units) and was very heavy to remove them as they were double stacked. I am only concerned as I paid for new, and these are for my children. If the paint is peeling already how long will they really last? They will not resolve my issues.

No assembly instructions ,however, I had very little difficulty with assembly Excellent Quality The price was reasonable Great power

Good sized four-wheeler, easy to install with the proper tools. Battery had some issues, but the seller was quick to help get this resolved and was polite and fast to work with.

Machine vibrates extremely at half to full throttle

Don't buy.. Don't waste your money. It will tear up on you immediately. You can't put insurance on it. You will be out of money.
