Really nice, lots of features
This hand strength trainer is actually a lot cooler than I thought. It is really easy to use, and the directions are really easy to understand, if you even need them.It is actually loaded with features. You can use all different techniques to strengthen different parts of your arms and hands, and there's even a finger trainer option, with retractable buttons in the handle. It's a pretty cool added feature. The best part about this one though, is its adjustability. Most of these are so weak, that even when on the hardest setting, it still feels like there is hardly any resistance. I know they are meant to be used in low weight High rep situations, but you have to be able to feel some resistance. This one is perfect because you can start anywhere on the low end you want as soon as you start feeling resistance, and after training for a while when you stop feeling resistance you can crank it up a little bit. It adjusts from 0 to almost too hard to squeeze, which is perfect.Overall, it is a great training device, that should be around for a while, due to its durable construction, and the fact that it is fully adjustable. Highly recommended, great price.

Not the most durable
It's a unique design and all but it didn't really fit the contour of hand very well and the tougher you adjusted it the plastic handle would curve to the side hurting my hand

This had a learning curve
I wanted to wait a good month to write this review. I am a beginner guitar player. I have played piano for 28 years. I also play drums and flute. The muscles required for the guitar are not in my skill set. I struggle with holding cords correctly and with picking the strings properly. My teacher suggested that I use a device like this to strengthen my hands. This device has a learning curve. I hated this device for the first hour. If I had written a review at that point things would have been very different. So, there are multiple ways to use this. This device has a hand grip and finger strengthening keys. I attempted, in ignorance to go back and forth. The thing locked up on me and I could not do either. I thought the device was broken. I chucked it across the room in anger and my dog went to retrieve it. In complete frustration, I placed this on the side of the recliner to try at a later time. I massaged my damaged ego with a helpful beverage and made another attempt. So, to my ignorance both key devices work well. However, you must use one at a time, not both like I attempted initially. So here I am, one month later. This thing works. I can hold the strings better and my forearms don't hurt after playing. I did use this nearly everyday while watching the evening news and Wheel of Fortune. My husband uses this as a finger grip strengthener. He is an aspiring "Ninja Warrior".Take the information for what it is. I like this. It works well. If you use it daily, then this will work well for you too.

Not a fan.
This is a great concept. However it’s not smooth. The spring starts screeching after just a few reps. You have to move it a little clockwise then counterclockwise until you find the sweet spot over and over again. It works. But I wouldn’t buy it again.

Nice grip 😏
I need another! This grip is so easy to use! The box didn’t have instructions or anything when I took it out but it’s so easy to figure out that you don’t even need it!The tip of the grip has a spinning knob that allows you to tighten the spring inside which as a result tightens up the tension! It can go up to 60kg (130lbs for US folks). There’s a counter on the bottom and a little button as well that auto counts for you when you squeeze it. You need to squeeze it all the way in order for it to count the rep, thus prevents cheating! There’s also a button on the side of the handle where if you push it up it extends some pads where the palms are, I guess that’s for bigger hand 🖐️ people to use! Overall very worthwhile especially when you’re just sitting down watching tv and bored.

The Handgrip Strength Trainer Was Super-Popular!
Watched this get passed around during our family Christmas party. Everyone jumped in to try it. Odd, since it was easily one of the lowest cost presents, but certainly one of the most popular. Easy to use, but the directions could be a bit clearer. And the print in the instruction sheet is SMALL. Be prepared with a magnifying glass if your eyesight isn't perfect. Of course, the guys ratcheted up the tension to test their hand strengths. I fear for their future handshake encounters as many suddenly desired to pick these up after trying it.

Works great!
The Hispox Handgrip Strength Trainer is well built and it fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. The built in counter lets you focus on each squeeze without worrying about how many reps you have completed. Unlike traditional grip strength trainers, the Hispox trainer has an easy to use tension adjuster. This feature will ensure you can continually challenge yourself and achieve your strength goals. I would recommend it.
