Great little piece of gear, just VERY POOR instructions. They take for granted that everyone hooking this item up has their router connected to the internet. Well guess what, not every system with a router is connected to the internet. Some connect with gear on closed systems without internet connected. I have a router system connected and working that is NOT connected to the internet but it works the gear on my closed system just fine via wifi. Note for manufacturer and or reseller, please put some COMPLETE instructions with this device that indicates that you MUST have your router connected to the internet. That will save someone a little bit of time to achieve a successful hookup.I gave it four stars for lack of decent instructions.

I bought this plug because I needed a strong, outdoor plug that I can use with Alexa. I need to be able to turn on/off heaters for my outdoor animals, including my chicken coops, from inside or from work.Many appeared low quality or they straight up said not to use outdoors.I went with this product and am glad I did.The plug is a 3 socket plug, durable material and well made. It was easy to set up and the app easy to use.After that, getting Alexa to recognize and control it with my voice or phone app was a breeze. I can control all sockets at once or individually.Now I don’t have to worry about my fur or feathered babies while I’m away.I trust the outlet to work and keep my animals warm. I trust it’s manufacturing to be excellent and keep my home safe by not overheating or creating a fire risk.I am very pleased with the purchase and ease of use of this product.

We have several outdoor features in hot Arizona and have tried several of the other brands. All failed! This one works well and has been reliable. The iOS app is very user friendly and have set some of the outlets on the timer feature. After 6 months it has never failed. We use them for outdoor lights and fountains.

I purchased this to control my backyard lighting and fountain controls but unfortunately never could get it working. The Software app is very clumsy...instructions are very confusing. And now I’m sitting here with something I cannot even return, cause the return window is closed. Very Unhappy customer !!
