Great bike
The spike seems to be a good value for the money. It looks great, wasn't missing any parts and was easy to put together. My grandson said said it rides really smooth and is comfortable. He likes the seat on it. He wanted white and that's what he got!

Great bike
My son absolutely loves his bike. Cool colors to choose from as well. I would have to say this bike was easy to put together and fun to have that one on one with my son. The seller went up and beyond to help me with a replacement part. I would say the only drawback on this bike is the seat post. It’s a one unit so that means you cannot change the bike seat. But all in all is a great bike.

Easy to put together
I have to say I was quite nervous when the box came and the bike was in there unassembled. However, surprisingly it was super simple to put together. I do want to add that it is important that you know that you need tools to put it together... aka pliers, Allen wrench, etc. be sure and have at LEAST those two tools or you can forget about assembling the bike. The bike rode very well. I would say the ONLY issue I have is that the tires came flat and it required so many tools. So I had to walk it to the gas station to air them and borrow the tools from the guy installing my new flooring! Overall though it’s a great product and WELL WORTH the 214 dollars. :)

Cool Bike, But...
This is a great looking bike and well made. The assembly instructions are not well written (no pictures either) and use lots of terminology many people likely won't understand, but it's easy enough to put together regardless... with the exception of one major component -- the brakes. First, BUYER BEWARE -- if you order this bike with the 20-inch wheels, the U-brake that's provided is hard to fit with that wheel size. The brake placement is too close to the wheel and the tire will rub against the housing unless adjusted perfectly. Secondly, the brake does not come pre-aligned or wired, so you'll have to do that yourself, which can be difficult and frustrating. In all, the assembly process was simple enough, but the U-brake installation made this a bit of a chore.

So disappointed! Defective and worthless!
I purchased this bike for my son for his birthday. He researched for months and chose this bike because truly thought it would be good quality and couldn’t wait to start riding all over with his friends! Some might not be as disappointed but I’m not rich and it’s not easy for everyone to invest this kind of money so you expect it to at least not fall apart in the first month! I had it professionally assembled to make sure it was done correct. Within the first month of being able to ride it, once summer started and he wasn’t in school. The pedal broke, we fixed it ourselves, then not 3 days later the brake just fell apart and the same day the chain came off and no matter how many times we put it back it won’t stay on. He’s devastated! When I try to get support, I get the number and website of a Power Tool company. No one can help me replace this lemon of a bicycle! Im really Hoping the company will reach out to me and help my son have a bike that he can actually ride this summer! Imagine seeing the smile on your child when he was thrilled to receive it, only to be completely gutted when it just keeps falling apart. #EliteBMX

Great for a beginner(9yr old) that won't be jumping it or pushing it too hard.
Box came pretty beat up but everything was wrapped so no scratches. Grew up on Robinsons and redlines so was expecting a little more in terms of bearings and hardware. Every bearing and chain arrived WAY too tight had to backoff the preload to prevent them from binding and failing on both wheel bearings, crank bearing, and neck the bearings were actually hopping/pinched. Even after readjustment the crank and neck aren't the smoothest but I expect him to upgrade in a couple of yrs so hopefully it holds together. Finish and looks of the bike are pretty badass other than the crank which looks like they powdercoated over pitted metal. For today's prices I would say it wasn't a horrible deal just need to work on the mfg assembly procedures so the bearings aren't being crushed for those that don't know how to adjust them. If it comes that way from the factory they should be preset perfectly not have to be disassembled and readjusted before ever even taking it out. Will update after we give it to him for his birthday and he puts some time on it. <<3 MONTH UPDATE>> Still going strong, rides it almost every day since it's summer... left out in the rain a couple times, finish seems to be holding up just fine.
