Update 3/13/21: Phenomenal!
UPDATE MARCH 13, 2021: We had a decent bit of snow this winter, and the pickleball court laid under 5-8” of snow, freezing rain, etc. for weeks at a time. Today it’s finally all melted off. The tape is every bit as solidly stuck on now as it was the day we put it down! It’s actually quite amazing. Not even one peeled-up corner.Once again, the secrets: 1. Power wash the concrete, and let it dry completely for at least a day or two. 2. Put the tape in place and roll it down hard with a good rubber roller (the kind made for vinyl flooring.) Make sure it gets pushed into all the little pits, nooks and crannies of the concrete. You won’t be disappointed.*************Original Review from December 2021:We received this in the middle of October, and wanted to line a pickleball court. We have a concrete slab about 45' x 25' that was really dirty, so I power washed it. Waited one day, and made the pickleball court with his tape. We also bought a solid rubber roller on Amazon (PowerTec 71010, which I think is used to apply vinyl flooring) and while I put down the tape, my wife rolled it into the concrete. We weren't sure what to expect. We're in Southeast PA. We've had rain, cold, frost, snow, and of course running and jumping all over it, it's the the middle of December, and we still don't have even one corner peeling up. It's pretty amazing.I think the secret is to make sure the surface is really clean. I didn't use any chemicals in the power washer, just water. And definitely apply a lot of pressure with the roller when you put it down. It's a foil-type material, and it's not really super-sticky, as I picked it up and repositioned it to get it just right; what makes it work is how when you roll it, it conforms into the little nooks and crannies of the concrete, and somehow it wants to stay there.Definitely a good product and worth the money.

It certainly is visible from the other side of the court
It seems to be holding. I’ve laid down a test strip on the back line of an outdoor pickleball/tennis court. It’s been a week of 40-60 degree weather and it hasn’t unpeeled or lifted. We haven’t had rain on it yet so it hasn’t passed that test yet.

Stays well
Used for driveway basketball lines in Wisconsin, and held up to a winter of snow and snow blowing!

need to follow instruction, do need to use rubber mallet.
This tape stays in place if you install it correctly. The photo showing my installation on concrete steps, which has had cold and wet, warm and dry weather for ten months in the Portland Oregon area. Updated 8/18/ 2019 almost 1 1/2 years still in place. Update- 9/20/2021, 3 years 6 months still in place, even after the last ice storm.

Great reflection
Worked perfectly for what I needed this for. I didn't follow directions I just used in on asphalt so it is not going to last for a long while, however it works perfectly for what I needed it for. Very pleased.

Not worth it for outdoor used on asphalt.
I followed instructions closely only to find that this tape would lift after a few days. I used it for an outside basketball court on asphalt that had been newly sealed. I also scrubbed and thoroughly dried the surface prior to application. Rather than do large lines I used short strips carefully spaced to highlight the various vantage points. After a few days without rain and in strong sun each day, some of the strips moved/lifted during a game and were subsequently removed and replaced with paint. My view based this experience is to save your money if intended for outdoor use on concrete or asphalt. Perhaps it would work well on indoor painted or wood surfaces, but have not tested it to confirm so.
