I have tried a few variations of the supplements that aim to mimic the popular blue pill, but i tend to use these in the context of wanting more daytime energy rather than bedroom adventures, as i work long hours in hospitality and can do with a real spring in my stride over a number of hours. These capsules are odourless and easy to swallow. Its strictly 1 capsule a day with plenty of water and with all these types of products / supplements, any medical conditions, high blood pressure etc must be checked out first. Directions suggest 30 minutes to allow the effects to kick in, i've found with this lower mg formula, its a little longer for me, maybe that's my body weight, not sure, but it does keep me going through the day over a number of hours, probably not as long compared to the gold and black versions available i have tried by the same manufacturer. This one is headed up with 120mg of Ginseng to name 1 of the 8 elements in this formula. When your looking at prices on Amazon online, they also carry the unit cost as well, which is helpful for comparisons. This is a 500mg formula and there are 10 blue capsules included with 31st October 2025 as the use before date, so plenty of life in them. Overall i would favour the black and gold versions, stronger and a little more noticeable over a longer period, but effects may be sufficient for you.

I was a little dubious when I tried these as although the effects of gingseng are well researched, they have different effects on people so there isn't a consistent result. I've tried the little blue pill and found an undersired side effect of significantly increased heart rate and a very warm face, so having a natural option was appealing to me. I took them on a virtually empty stomach (a couple of hours after a light snack) and didn't really feel much at all. After around 40 minutes my heart rate had increased by around 9 bmp which is about 40 less than the medical option which is good. There is no miraculous rising, so they can't ressurrect something which can't do it on it's own, but I did feel some renewed strength down there, which maintained until well after (much longer after). I've given them 4 stars as even if the result is a placebo effect, then the longevity of their effect isn't something I could put down to that factor. Overall, I'd be happy to recommend them. If you've not used gingseng before these 500mg tablets are a great place to start, and the effects seem to be quite long lasting as the following morning (some 18 hours later) there was certainly life in the old dog.

The effect started in about half an hour and lasted about five. That "herbal supplements" can do this is a mystery known to herbalists - but work it does! The capsules are large and take a few gulps of water to swallow. they come professional sealed into blister packs inside a robust cardbaord box adorned with smiling couples. At £2.50 a dose it is cheaper (by 50 to 100%) than buying sildenafil or cialis in a chemist, and avoids the difficult questions you have to answer; however it does leave you knowing less about what you are taking than if you had got an approved medicine and worrying if you are taking a risky chance....over to you!
