For me, the powder is the only thing that works. I bought these capsules because the reviews were so positive, but they didn't work for my system. Maybe they don't break down effectively in my stomach.

If you don't like the taste of metamucil and want to save money and don't want to have to mix any sort of fiber supplement into water by these. These work great and are easy to just swallow right before you go to bed or right. When you wake up. I will never go back to metamucil.

These tasteless capsules really are my regulators! I have a hard time getting enough of the correct amount of fiber and these help so much! I had been having trouble getting my “movements” to bulk up - I wasn’t just constipated, but I wasn’t exactly the other direction (if you know what I mean), and my physician told me to take psyllium. My cousin and her husband told me about Konsyl, so I bought some from the drug store and it worked but was very expensive, so I turned to Amazon - and here I am!

Make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day They are difficult to swallow so make sure to have a large bottle of water. They do help with digestion but I can not take them everyday because they caused stomach pain.

Have to take three a day to be effective, but they do aid and abet in regularity!
