These arrived exactly as previewed. Quality is good, as long as they last. (Will update if they fail early, so far, so good.) FYI, the default formatting is exFAT.

The media could not be loaded. This is the 2nd order I have placed with this company. I have a 3rd order on the way. So yes I like these customized USB devices. So far out of 15 devices 1 has an issue where the USB A side of this device is not being recognized in my PC, the USB C side works fine so far as I can tell. I have contacted the seller trying to figure out a solution. So far the process has been slow. I will update once a solution has been resolved. In my opinion, it is still worth getting more from this company as time goes on, the fact that I can have my logo on a USB device that is made of metal and not plastic, that supports USB A and USB C. Allowing me to use on MAC devices as well as Windows devices is a major plus for my needs.

Doesn’t work with the printer so it is useless to me. I don’t know if it is the printer or the driver but they don’t work together

Took a gamble with this personalized USB drive as there weren't a lot of reviews. Boy, was I delightfully surprised at the build-quality of the drive and the craftmanship of the personalized image embossed on the shell. Was so impressed with the first one that I bought 12 more for the seniors on my son's basketball team for all the photos I took of them over their high school career. Thank you for this product and the expedient delivery!

There were some smaller elements on my logo that did not come through at all. The seller also plays the game of printing a label and calling the item shipped. They printed the label very quickly, but it took several days for the item to actually be handed off to the carrier. For a custom item, that isn't a bad turn around. I just don't like the games. I should have taken 2 stars off for this, but I only took one.Other than that, I am very happy. The image feels very durable.Now for the drive itself. It is very well made. It is metal which I like. Being metal makes the shell act like an RF shield and will increase the longevity of the drive. I did a speed test because I feel like this information is missing. The write speeds are 52Mbps (Megabits Per Second). This is a little slower than I would like, but completely acceptable. The read speeds are 300Mbps. I am very happy with this.Overall, I do plan to purchase again.

I use this to dump pictures off of my phone, onto the usb stick, then onto my computer. It's got a lot of room and holds a lot of high def pictures.
