The one and only
Epi-soothe is awesome and has been for decades. If you got a dog with skin problems then this product is for you. Even kills a lot of fleas if you need it to. But don’t use it as a flea solution, go get a proper one

Amazing for cat's dandruff
About a month ago I noticed that my cat began to scratch often and insistently; I also noticed that he had dandruff. So I thought a dandruff clearing shampoo was the solution. I bought Nature's Miracle JFC Ultra-Cleanse Dander Destroyer Shampoo - 8 oz, and gave the cat a bath. Cat owners know it's no fun giving a cat a bath... but add to that a long-coated Persian, and blow drying which drives the cat mad, and you'll understand why I was really upset when Nature's Miracle didn't work. Actually, not only was it inefficient, it made his dandruff worse.I tried Virbac Epi-Soothe Shampoo, 16 oz next. I was a bit worried about how the cat would accept waiting in the bath for 10 minutes with the shampoo on, but he was fine. As soon as the fur started to dry I was able to see that 90% of the dandruff was gone. Once completely dry, I was also able to appreciate a silky, shiny fur like my cat didn't have in a long time. And I also liked the fact that there was no 'tropical mist' or other equally chemical flavor; although it's nice when a cat smells good, I don't think it'a a good idea for possible allergies and/or dry skin; plus, I'm sure my cat and I don't have the same tastes in perfumes :)The relief was instantaneous; he was able to sleep without interrupting to scratch. Additional bonus: no more tufts of hair all over the carpet! Two days later I noticed that he still scratches from time to time (this time rather lazily, not furiously), and I'm sure he would benefit from another bath; but because of the reasons previously explained, I think I'll try to use the spray in between two baths set quite far apart. However, if your cat/dog has shorter hair and tolerates baths better, I'm sure the shampoo will completely relieve the itch after 2-3 uses. This shampoo is a huge difference from other pet shampoos I tried - it leathers nicely while applied, the coat feels silky afterwards, and most importantly: it provides great relief for itchy skin.If I pluck enough courage to give him a second bath soon, I'll come back with an update.

Helps with scratching and itching
My vet recommended this shampoo for my golden retriever who was frequently scratching/itching himself. After 2-3 months of usage I noticed the scratching has stopped. This product does not contain any flavorful sweet scent but has a fresh smell. Lathers well and leaves the hair silky and fluffy.
