Really works for me

This was recommended to me by a Chiropractor and I have used it for years now. Did the test. Take it for a couple of months or so then stop. You WILL feel a difference and restart the Solgar. Update! I opened my last purchase of this last Saturday morning. As I carefully slit the shrink wrap off the bottle and it came away, so did half the arse of the bottle leaving a bit of the bed and a bit of carpet covered in lots of tiny shards of glass. So just be aware its a GLASS BOTTLE with the incumbent risks.

Two issues over giving this product a higher rating are, that the quantity that I was expecting and purchased was as you can see from the above 90 capsules but to my annoyance the contents was 30 capsules, when I questioned the supplier the reply was that it was Amazons fault as it had been listed wrongly, but if its listed wrongly surely then ether the supplier or Amazon should have honored the transaction, very disappointing, just be careful that you don't get conned. Secondly to assess the effectiveness of this product would take at least 90 days I am told, so a long way to go yet

I wanted to find something that would ease the pain in my joints and mean l could reduce taking other pain relief. This did the job very quickly l now rarely have to take anything else other than one of these a day. I have no idea how long these will take effect but each day is a bonus, l have taken them so far for about 2 months. I woul recommend them as worth a try but it will depend on what your suffering with as to how effective they are. I just know they are good for me - they may help you.

I sprained my ankle playing basketball about four years ago. I recovered and continued playing, but there was always a nagging pain reminding me that my ankle isn't 100%. Someone recommended this to me and I was intrigued by the ingredients. Particularly the cartilage, as it might help repair the tear (though I can't prove this is the case). So I tried it. I didn't really notice anything drastic, but after a while (maybe a couple months) I realized that my ankle was feeling pretty much pain free. Then I ran out and didn't get around to ordering more for a few weeks. My ankle started having pain again. So I ordered more and after a few weeks, I was pain free again. I've been taking them for several years now and my ankle feels as good as it ever has. Except I ran out again and didn't order more because I was waiting to get my order to $50 so I could get free shipping, and then I forgot about it and it's been two or three weeks. Guess what, my friggin ankle is hurting again! At this point, I'm placing an order right now and I'm convinced that these pills actually do work. I've tried other things like Glucosamine, condroitin, MSM, etc and never noticed any benefit. I'm generally pretty skeptical that there is much of a benefit to a bunch of these kinds of supplements, but my anecdotal results have convinced me that I need to keep my medicine cabinet stocked with these. The box says they expect results in two weeks, but it's really a subtle effect. Yet I'm pretty convinced they are helping me. And at about $30 for a three month supply, it doesn't break the bank.

These solgar No. 7 really work and help with getting your joints free to move without pain or stiffness. It was recommended by a Doctor. But liver Doctor advised to stop using it because of the BioPerine (black Pepper fruit) causes damage to the liver .
