Purchased these after they were recommended by a friend. I was tired of bleeding through my pants during my cycle at work, while running errands or while sleeping at night regardless of tampons, pads etc. These are a life saver. I wear these on heavy flow days and it gives me peace of mind at work and running errands etc. You do have to be careful when pulling them up that the sides aren’t rolled inwards - but as long as you check you should be good for most scenarios. I will never be without these as long as I need them. Highly recommend if you have a heavy flow.

A postpartum essential, truly. Paired this with some icicle pads (Frida mom is my rec) and didn’t leak ever. They are stretchy and comfortable for that ever-changing postpartum body. I ended up getting some for my girlfriends with similar due dates after using them myself.

My sister in law reccomended these for post partum. I listened to her and loved it. Makes you feel more pht together. Liked them better than the frida disposables & the stuff they give you at the hospital.

These worked pretty well for postpartum. Design was nice; my husband thought I was just wearing underwear! My only complaint is that they were a bit uncomfortable in my opinion, but that may just be how adult diapers are. They also made me itchy no matter how often I changed them. Also could have just been a me problem. I didn’t experience any leaking and protection was perfect! Never had any issues there.

My daughter says that these Always underwear are comfortable and good quality. It holds a lot of fluids without leaking. She uses it at night when she’s on her menstrual cycle to prevent any leakage and it seems to work pretty well. Provides great protection!

Wish I knew about these with my 1st and 2nd child. Definitely worth the money. Absorbs good. Perfect to use especially after labor.

I buy this for my daughter because she has heavy periods. The best thing EVER! She's been using them since 2 months after she started! Best product ever! They have no odor, the absorbency is amazing! So easy to use and comfortable!

Item is not as good as it looks in the advertisement picture. I still bought it and I regret buying it. After using this for only about a day and a half I developed severe vaginal itching and irritation. These are vanilla scented and I do not know if that's why or some other manufacturing reason. Would not recommend these. It's not worth putting your health at risk. I'm still dealing with discomfort even after not using these for weeks now. I will have to see a doctor
