Q: Does this work on bleached hair? I am trying to get rid of my now organey ombre towards the ends...

Bleached hair is generally very porous and will take hair color fairly easily. This dye seems to wash out fairly quickly but is definitely more gentle on hair then regular dyes. It all really depends on your hair in my opinion. In my experience with this dye the color comes out a lot darker. So does it work on bleached hair? Yes. Will it give you the result you hope? Probably not unless you want very dark , nearly black hair.

Q: Can it be use multiple times if I only need root touch up or does whole bottle must be used all at once? Thanks

It can be used multiple times. You can use as much or as little as you like each time. It is a powder that is mixed with water. Simply mix the proportionate amount each time.
