Good value and quality
We used metal water dishes, which were always getting dirty, especially with the young chickens being so flightly. Purchased this set so our chicken sitter wouldn't have to deal with gross dishes. I am wondering why I waited so long!! The water says very clean and it is easy to refill. The feeder is great too...easy to fill and works well. The chickens caught on quickly and are using both. The plastic is heavy duty, the tops fit well, they seems very sturdy. They are easy to install...I hung the feeder using the hooks on the hardware cloth of our chicken pen. The waterer I mounted using the screws provided on the side of the coop, since it is heavy when filled up. The package included a lot of extras, which are fun.

Amazing feeder
This feeder is awesome and the chicks got used to it pretty fast. So easy to assemble, and cleaning. Very sturdy material and I don’t need to be worrying about the food and water every day anymore it has a great capacity for both water and food. If you can hang it in a wall better so they don’t dirty it all over. Love the accessories it came with! The sign is so cute. I’ll be buying more as soon the other chicks go outside.

A good buy and worked well
I bought these to try with some chickens who are free range but are still fed chicken feed. I've used other traditional feeders but they scratch the feed out, the feed would get wet when it rained, and the hens would roost on them making a mess of the feed below. I really liked theis feeder as it solved those problems for me. The waterer is ok but I've mixed feelings about it. It came with little slotted cups that fit inside the regular cups (I think) but the birds continually tossed those out. I couldn't see the reason for them and possibly they were for somewhere else but I sure couldn't see where and the instructions were pretty sparse. I had also put the drinking nipples on 2 sides of the waterer so the birds could drink from them or the cups. Had a good lid on it that stayed put and maybe if I just used the nipples instead of cups, it would be better. So it's a good waterer just wish the use of the slotted cups had been explained.

Good feeder and drinkers
It arrived just next day perfectly packed. Assembly was very easy and intuitive. So far I like it. Seems very convenient for me and for my baby chicks.

Acceptable Quality
I like the look of these and the waterer I have no issues with. Like the addition of bushings for the water cups. Handles would have been a welcome addition on both the waterer & the feeder. I modified mine with a 3/4" spade bit and 5/8" polycarbonate nylon rope. Feeder is not as great at waste prevention as I would've expected. My girls are still wasting a significant amount of feed on the ground around the feeder. I may try modifying the feeder inserts next.

Chicken Feeder and Waterer
I recently purchased the Automatic Port Chicken Feeder and Cup Waterer Set, and it's been a great addition to my chicken setup. The feeder and waterer are both durable and user-friendly, making chicken care a bit easier. My chickens have taken to it well, and it's fantastic to see less waste with the feeder’s design. The feeder, with its three ports, and the waterer, with four cups, offer ample feeding and watering options. The feeder needs to be refilled only once or twice a week, depending on your flock size, which is very convenient. We mounted ours on a small curb using the provided brackets, but it can be easily hung in other suitable locations. One thing to keep in mind is that the waterer’s cups need regular cleaning—every few days or so—to keep things hygienic. The instructions suggest adding a piece of copper to the waterer to help keep the water clean, and that tip has proven useful. A piece from a local home improvement store did the trick perfectly. The set also includes a xylophone, which I initially thought my chickens would enjoy. However, they haven’t shown any interest in it so far. Overall, the feeder and waterer are efficient and practical, though the xylophone may be more of a bonus rather than a necessity.

Leaks, portability is bad, freezes easily
I wouldn't buy this if I had to do it over again. I thought it was a good buy for my growing flock, but only seemingly ever have frustration with this product, especially now with freezing weather. The fact you need two hands for this is seriously limiting. If only they included a handle of some kind to carry this around. Many times I wish I had a free hand when Im carrying these. And having to make several trips for everything is tiring, they're also very uncomfortable to carry. Sure you could argue it's meant to be stationary but what are you supposed to do, haul a hose out to it when you need to fill the water or a 50 lbs bag of feed when the feeders empty? It's just plain bad design. The waterer specifically is a huge pain. They leak, they freeze so easily and when they do they have a tendency to break off. I've had to replace these twice now because of this. We've started bringing the waterer inside to keep it from freezing up at night but then have to deal with it inevitably leaking all over the floor. I think I'll go back to the old hanging style with the screw on lid, I've never had an issue with those.
