Staying sane never tasted so good!
This is one of my favorite bars of the bunch. It actually made me feel really grounded and lifted my mood, especially in my afternoon slump. And it’s yummy (all of them are). This one has just a little hint of cinnamon.

I loved this, but I really need to know the dosages and amounts of things in these bars.
