Bought as a gift and it's a lovely set. Presented in a nice gift box, you can choose which initial you want for the seal itself. The design of the letter seal is classic and clear, and the stamp holding it is attractive in gold with a green stone inset at the top.There is a matching spoon with a green handle to put the wax pellets in to melt them over the candles, 2 green tea light candles are provided too, as well as a small glass bottle with a cork holding some gold wax pellets.The recipient was really pleased with this set. I wish I'd taken a photo of it as it is really lovely and nicely presented. Good quality too.

This is a beautifully-presented set coming as it does in a lovely box and with a nice little set of tools primarily in turquoise and gold. It is very easy to use and does leave a very good impression of a letter (I chose the letter K).I tried it out on a torn envelope which I took from my recycling bin. My photograph shows my first attempt on the bottom, my second on top - I'd never used a wax seal before - it's a lot of fun and, with practice, I could probably pour a less messy blob of wax. In the second (top) attempt you'll notice some black specks - this was because the bottom of the pouring bowl got charred black when it was held over the flame, and the wax has picked some of that up when being poured - perhaps you have to clean it after each use. You also have to be careful where you're laying the pouring bowl down after you've used it as it will leave a sooty mark.All in all a great set - my only real quibble is that it doesn't come with instructions. They are given under the listing, but if you were giving this as a gift you'd have to give the giftee a link to the instructions.

A gorgeous set and I love how everything in it comes colour coordinated. Makes it feel a lot more high end.The stamper feels sturdy and has a good weight to it. Each seal stamps consistently and the cursive design is pretty. The pen comes with a brush nib so it's easy to colour on the seal once it's dried. I've also tried using my own colours and they've come out nicely too. I've even tried sprinkling some mica and glitter onto the melted wax to give it a funky finish. It's great because there's lots of options to explore given that the wax is white.My only niggle is that the spoon is slightly flimsy but because the wax melts readily, I haven't had to reach out for another spoon.Would make as a lovely gift and I'd be happy to recommend.

Sealing wax went through a popularity revival when I was a teenager and I never lost that feeling of something special from the stamps.This kit is complete with handle, ornate letter seal, wax beads, melting spoon and two tea light candles you can hold the spoon over for melting. Since the wax is basic white, you can add colourants if you want.There's also a gold brush pen to really make your seal classy.The box itself is gorgeous. This would make an outstanding gift to anyone, even though we write so few etters these days. There are many other uses for them though, perhaps to seal paper around a book or other gift that would benefit from some old world charm.

This is a really quite beautiful seal stamp kit, beautifully presented in a green box. It comes with two mint green tea lights, a jar of white wax beads, a wooden handled spoon for the melted wax, a gold pen (to make the finished design stand out more) and a letter seal with an ornate style of letter to use to stamp with. The seal itself and the handle feel solid and well made. This would make a really lovely gift, or just keep for yourself. I have a few seals already and it’s nice to be able to add this to my collection. It’s such a lovely touch to be able to add a seal to an envelope-just makes it feel extra special, and the way this is presented really makes it feel special. I think it’s reasonable value for £15.98 at the time of review. Highly recommended.

This set comes in a nice gift box and looks rather beautiful when opened.-The wax is fine and feels less plasticky than other 'cheap' waxes - I like that it is white so it can be mixed with mica powders or paint for any colour I want.-The pen works well and has a brush nib.-The candles are nice, especially being coloured to match the set rather than just a standard white.-The spoon is rather cheap, lightweight and doesn't screw up tightly so it keeps coming a little loose.-The seal stamp is quite weighty and has a pretty handle. Whilst it stamps to an acceptable quality it is not the best finish I've had.I would probably not have chosen to gift this to someone as the spoon lets the set down, but over all I am happy with the set.

The box itself is beautiful but the stamp is also gorgeous. It's heavy and well made, the imprint is deep enough that you get a sharp image and overall I'd suggest this as a gift.I've always wanted to try wax seals and just never got around to it, and this to me was the perfect intro, I have no doubt I'll be buying more seals to use with this kit!

Dopo aver sciolto la cera attendete 10-15 secondi prima di usare il timbro in modo tale che il timbro non si attacchi. Molto utile anche il pennarello dorato presente in confezione, ero scettico in merito all'utilizzo su cera ma invece, con passate molto gentili sulla superficie in rilievo, il risultato sarà ampiamente soddisfacente!

Prodotto bello, peccato che manchi di un piccolo trespolo dove poggiare il cucchiaino. Solo il bianco a disposizione come colore di "ceralacca" che è più cera che lacca.
