A great and simple phone
I bought this for my elderly parent who finds it easy to use. The stand not only recharges the phone, but also means it is always in this one place so you’re not hunting around to find it when at home, if you don’t want to carry it around with you. What’s really good about this phone is that it has an SOS. Emergency button on the back which you press and hold for three seconds, and it sends a text to your inputted contacts. The buttons are a nice large size, especially if you have poor eyesight and it also has a torch for seeing in the dark. It gives friends and family peace of mind, knowing that we can be notified if there is an emergency.

Bought for my Nan as a easy phoneManual has limited information but was able to sort outturning on and off audio number feedbackturning on and off reading inbound numberlocated setting that somehow got turned on that stopped external callsNot fully 5 stars as the base easily became corroded after a liquid was split but luckily phone can also be changed via type c and charge lasts long time

Perfect for my elderly dad. He manages to use this phone with no issues. Price was so good, I’ve bought another as a spare

Potentially good phone but awful instructions
This is a neat, simple-looking mobile phone which I'm not sure yet will be usable by my very elderly mum. She could do with the green and red buttons being bigger for her arthritic thumbs to press but the number buttons are larger. The instructions are pretty awful. I'm indebted to the reviewer who said the 4 and 6 act as left and right arrows as I couldn't change the time from reading AM when it was PM, which was annoying. This reviewer was asking how to turn the voice announcement ahead of the phone ringing off. I've managed to do this via Settings, Voice settings, Human voice which gives you an On / Off option. What I can't find out is how to change the tune played when I'm phoning my mum to a 'ring ring' tone as she's not currently understanding that the tune playing means she's receiving a call. Any help with this would be appreciated! I bought the S2 phone and am using Sim 1 only currently.

Best for hard of hearing and elderly family members that are just wanting a phone
Louder ringer, easy to set up and use. Reasonable price

Not worth the money
Bought this for my Mum who just wants something simple. Half the time when someone rings the call cannot be answered, as the phone just says 'processing' and the call just gets ended. The instructions are also useless so you can't rely on them. The return window has closed so this will probably end up in the bin.
