Works well, easy to fit.
Works great. Changed the seating position and bike is much more comfortable to ride. I did have to get a longer connection for the front brake and I also bought a more comfortable saddle.

Fits perfectly on my Carrera vengeance, much improved and more upright cycling position, no more lower back pain because of forward leaning position from lower handlebar position.

Sturdy
Has raised my handle bars by around 4.5 inches which is great for when Im on the rollers. Easy to use and fit.
