Boil skin less potato’s till soft mash them till mash potatoes add potato starch knead it till dough make tiny balls , in a boiling water pot add the balls til they float and add these to your soup !!!

Best potato starch on the market
I use this potato starch for the last 56 years now and I must say I love this potato starch because it has a great way of creating good coating when I used to fry foods or either use for thickening sauces and it’s better than cornstarch by the way

This potato starch is difficult to find at most of the grocers.
When we were in a restaurant, we asked the waiter how they made their French fries so brown and crunchy. They said that they coat the fries with potato starch powder before frying them. We found the brand we wanted on Amazon, and bought a few bags to try. I can confirm, this powder does make the fries more crunchy and brown. This is especially important to us because we avoid deep frying in oil, but instead we air-fry them in the oven.
