Great quality tools and work well for pasta making!

The wooden components had a solid and well-constructed feel to them, which indicated that they would be in use for many years. The attention to detail in the design was also obvious, as seen by the ergonomic handles and correctly proportioned cutter shapes that were designed to fit a range of pasta and dumpling types. When I initially started using the kit, I attempted to make handmade ravioli, which is one of my favorite dishes. When I was rolling out the dough, I used the rolling pin that was supplied in the package. This rolling pin had the ideal combination of weight and smoothness, allowing me to achieve a uniform thickness. After that, the ravioli stamp cutters really came into their own, making it possible for me to simply produce pockets of the ideal size and form, which I could then stuff with the contents of my choice. On the other hand, in comparison to my earlier efforts at freehand work, this method was far more effective and accurate.

Since I am a seasoned cook, I knew to “season” the wood prior to use. Since there were NO instructions included a novice cook may need to research how to use these tools.

The Crssbrohip 9-piece dumpling maker kit seems like a good starter kit. The gnocchi board is finished with a clear varnish, but the rolling pins are not. The handles of the four other tools are finished. The metal is thin and light-weight. The clamshell dumpling maker is thin and works okay. This is a good starter set if you want to try making gnocchi or dumplings, but if you regularly want to make these, you may want to invest in a higher quality product.

I’m 100% Italian; making macaroni (pasta) has always been a fun task my mother and I do together. These modern-day tools are amazing. This kit has the essentials! Our 2 favorite dishes to make are Gnocchi and Ravioli. The tools in this kit are functional and easy to use. The quality of the wood and metal is very good; the tools are sturdy and durable. Recommend.

Some of the very important tools one needs to have a complete set for making pasta made a perfect gift 🎁 for my son, the Master Chef. He was shocked 😲 and quite thrilled that I had looked and found a nice little set of pasta tools. Yeppers! A huge hit as unassuming as it is! Great value, too.

Perfect set for kids who like to cook!

First thing, the item was listed as 9 pieces, but it only comes with 8, or at least I did not receive the circle blade. The board for rolling pasta is extremely tiny, so keep that in mind if you do order. The quality of the items are okay. The dumpling clamp is not great quality and feels super cheap. I would say for the price of this, look elsewhere.
