The Office Oasis Chair Cylinder Removal Tool

Sooo easy to use and works like a charm. I got the cylinder removed fast and very easily. I should have gotten one of these a long time ago! Easy instructions, high quality construction, great value.

These were so easy to use and worked fabulously! Wasn't sure if I would need or not. Why wouldn't you want to. Put them on, top one a bit loose, second one snug and then just turn the two bolts and done. So easy and no hammering required to loosen the cylinder from the chair.

Absolutely perfect, had a gas shock that had failed on my gaming chair and absolutely no method had worked in removing it, pipe wrench couldn't rotate it, WD-40 couldn't break through, hammers did nothing, even applying heat with a heat gun had no effect. I struggled with it's removal for two days before deciding to look for a better solution. This is that solution, right tool for the job absolutely applies here. I did run into an issue where, despite the holes not being lined up when I started, the rings somehow aligned themselves while I was going through the extraction process. Chewed up the threads pretty good before I noticed, too. That said, backed them out, changed the orientation of the ring providing the leverage and began again, the shock was detached in under 10 minutes even with my hiccups. This tool is glorious and worth every penny. Buy with confidence, it absolutely works. 10/10 now a permanent resident in my tool closet.

Works as intended. Video made understanding how to use the tool to remove the gas cylinder super easy and straightforward. Took about 15-20 mins total to unpack, install clamps, remove gas cylinder, remove cylinder from wheelbase and reattach new cylinder to wheelbase. 5/5
