I have never tried this Chlorophyl powder and have wanted to for a while. I currently use several products from Mercola. He is known worldwide for his cutting edge nutritional information. I have read and listened to many things from him and have never disagreed with what he says. This powder is finely ground and does not taste bad. To me, it tastes dry. You will have to stir it well. Since it is only a teaspoon per serving, one bag serves for 45 days. I take this on an empty stomach, the first thing in the morning. Since I recently had major surgery, I was pumped with a lot of drugs that I hope this will remove since this is known to cleanse the body of toxins. I have not had any adverse reactions since sometimes when you are helping your body detoxify, you can sometimes get a headache, which is a good sign it is working. I haven’t had any adverse affects using this beneficial supplement. This seems to work a lot more gently. The price for anything from Mercola may be a little more, but what he provides is excellent and safe. I can easily recommend anything Mercola sells.

The powder is dark green and has a real earthy green taste to it when I drank it with water. The bag has a very tight seal to it. So open the bag each time very carefully or the powder may poof out the top. As with other supplements of the Dr. Mercola's brand I found this to be made of quality products. Though I did read up on the fermented versus broken cell wall chlorella, I still feel that this product is a good choice. You get forty-five servings in each bag. I found that this goes great in my morning protein shake, where the chocolate protein masks the earthy green flavor very well. This is a great way to get more vitamins, minerals, and amino acids into your daily nutrition plan.
