I have a pug boston terrier mix. Her girth is 34 and her neck is 20. Looks like xl based on her girth. Will it fit her in neck area?

The XL fits my large 9 year old dog which is size of a german shephard. the straps are easy to adjust and have a lot more room for adjustment in them than other harnesses I have used thru the years. That being said, I probably could have gone with the Large size, But since this harness is so adjustable it works.

I have a 1 1/2 year old border Collie what size should I get?

How do I keep the neck straps tight?

Hi, there, Thank you for your question! We have adjustment buckles there at neck. Thus you could adjust it. When adjusting the harness, make sure there's enough room under each of the straps for you to fit two fingers. The neck straps normally would not go lose after adjustment. Hope it helps you.
