For the money, it's a good way to get started with an Arduino or ESP module. I'd categorize the quality as average and what I would expect for the cost. The board does work, but I find that it can be a little challenging to get the leads in a socket for the first time.

HW131 Board only outputs 10V no matter what and smells of solder when turned on. Everything else is as advertised.
