BEST COCONUT MILK EVER!
I’m so bummed to see people leaving this bada** coconut milk a bad review, when I would be lost without this stuff! I felt compelled to try to balance out these terrible reviews from someone who’s purchased 20+ containers and all have been perfect, no issue. For those of us who are non-dairy and AIP, this has been a lifesaver. Alternative milks are *super expensive* especially when you drink them every day. Not to mention you’re paying that high price tag for something that’s 50% (or more) water! This coconut milk, is so thick it’s amazing!! It tastes amazing, and I just add water to thin it out, saving me TONS of money! If you’re an everyday coconut milk consumer, look no further this stuff is AWESOME.

Be aware of best by date versus you consumption rate
This worked great in some Thai dishes we made. There was some separation before it was warmed slightly. One awareness point is to look for information on Best By dates. I don’t think of this until our multi-pack arrived and I noticed its date was about six months out. Not a big concern, but we’ll have to accelerate our consumption rate a bit. Interestingly, the date on the box holding the six cartons was listed as much different-about twelve months out. If the volume is big compared to what you might normally use, I suggest reaching out to the seller ahead of time to clarify the best by date. When shelf life is listed as something like “1.2E+2 Days,” this seems a less common number format that means 120 days. That would be about three months, so maybe assume that’s the freshness time to expect if you don’t have further information. (Six boxes in three months would be short for us, personally.)

All one clump
Should have read the 4 reviews. This pourable carton is all one lump of pulp. Although still delicious, I just can't pour it into anything. I expected it to be grainy because I've had this happen before with a different product, but it was not.

Super thick
Nice flavor, but way too thick to be "milk" this is more like heavy cream

Best Coconut Milk available in the US!
It works perfectly in curries and i had a little left over that I'm so glad I used in coffee and tea! Delicious taste, perfect creamy texture.

My go to Coconut milk
After watching an America Test Kitchen Review on coconut milk> I gave this a try. it is excellent. I cook a lot using coconut milk as we are Dairy free, Paleo. I use it to replace milk and cream. It works great for this without making things taste like coconut.

Xanthan gum and gaur gum Yuke
I loved the idea of organic because I really loved their regular coconut milk but I don’t love this product. It pours lumpy glumly and is unappetizing. I would have never bought this product if I had read the ingredients and realized it has Xanthan gum and Gaur gum. No wonder I have been having headaches. Now I need to carefully check the regular Aroy-d coconut milk.
