This weighted hulla hoop is great to help improve your stability and mobility and. It was recommended by our physical therapist.I do find it versatile. Someone who is large can add multiple links to increase the size for the waist and if you’re smaller, you can remove the extra segments very easily. Highly recommend..

Great product, easy to put together and really helps you too move your hips and gets things warmed up and moving. You can feel your muscles contracting but it's not painful at all just take a minute or to to figure out how to make it move. Works better if lower on hips then on waist.. look forward to see the results in the next few months

Easy to assemble but my only complaint is that it was loud and it broke within the month.

Infinity Hoop weighted weighted smart fitness is the BEST by far from the others I purchased through the years!! The others were cheaply made and the tracks kept breaking. I have been doing weighted Hula Hoop for years,,, for exercise, fun and strength. I definitely recommend this Infinitely Hula Hoop!!! 100% you will not be disappointed. And it is quiet the the others. Comes with sweat belt,,, I prefer not to use but that’s a bonus!! Enjoy!!!
