I have some attached-lid storage containers that I got from various stores like Walmart and Lowe's, but they are very flimsy and don't hold up to being stacked more than 3 high and end up cracking, due to the light material. These are very sturdy and have more of a commercial/industrial feel. They do not have the metal rod for the hinge and I thought that might be a problem, but the way the hinges mate up, they seem like they will be fine. I was able to stack all four that I purchased and even when fully loaded with heavy parts, they did not flex or bend. These were shipped in a cardboard box, so they were shiny and new and not damaged or stickered up with shipping labels, unlike some other shippers that use the containers themselves as their own shipping container. I would not hesitate to purchase these from this seller again. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you!

Descent product for the price. Mine came with the shipping stickers all over the top of the container, which was just an annoyance trying to get them all peeled off. Lid shuts, but not flush. Wanted for inside my truck so it meets my needs just fine.

Although I haven't yet put this storage container into use, it is very sturdy and seems like it will hold up well. I plan on putting four batteries inside and placing it underneath in the storage compartment of my camper. This will keep them all together and safely secure as they will be wired to keep the battery 12 volt power running while we are on the road.

This is very high quality bin and I plan to buy more.

Love these, they stack inside of each other when empty and stack on top of each other when full. Can't live without them, great investment!

I have about 30 of these same bins purchased from a vendor other than the Amazon choice I made. They are the best bins I've ever used. BUT, the Amazon vendor I chose shipped them bare, not in a carton. They arrived here with three large adhesive paper stickers on the top of two of the bins. Of course, they didn't peel right off. I spent 40 minutes peeling and using Goof-Off to get the large stickers off so I could attach my own descriptive information to them. That made the decent Amazon price no longer a value -- I'll go back to my other vendor who ships them in cardboard cartons...ready to go when they arrive.

I wanted a box I could put some books in and store in the attic without them getting covered in dirt or any stray moisture. While these are not weather proof, I was more concerned with a roof leak soaking through a cardboard box. I thought this would provide enough structural integrity and protection from stray water than a cardboard box. I was right. They are not cheap, but provide enough protection and easy stacking.

I wanted something to put all my car stuff in, such as a pillow, blanket, jacket, extra set of shoes etc.. the just in case stuff, plus my reusable grocery bags. It works perfectly, now there is not stuff all over the back seat. just a nice container in the trunk
