Very effective and most of all safe
These are my go-to... I asked my Dr. if taking up to 2x per week was safe, he affirmed... even up to 3-4x. I have no after affects, no issue. I take at night, by early morning I'm done and able to go to work with no issues.

Severe stomach pains
I used the medication due to being constipated around 8pm. I went to bed about 11pm and around 1:45pm I began to have severe stomach cramps/pains to the point I almost passed out several times was very nauseous and sweating. This continued until around 4:20am when I finally was able to have a bowel movement. I will not be taking this ever again and do not recommend.
