Comfy and well made. Ice packs were frozen solid, but we're totally melted and warm within an hour.

Worked as needed, just need more replacement packs to keep switching out because treatment is 5 to 7 hours long. Or take a cooler to keep cold and hem rotating

Don't stay frozen long
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these to swap out with my original set during treatments. These freeze nicely and do not leak but are on the thinner side so they only stay frozen for about a half an hour. Kind of a pain to keep swapping them out.
