Bottom line up front: I have never had a company/seller be so attentive or work so hard to resolve an issue as this one.Initially when I tried to do a return through amazon, I was kept in a loop where I could not return the items as promised. After I wrote a review complaining about it, the seller/company contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. They explained that I had improperly gone through the return process (which I apparently did) and that they would send me a full refund (which they did). They also wanted to address the reason that I was returning the item. I explained that the Koheel Adjustable Dental Guard was cutting into my gums causing it to be too painful for me to wear. The company rep and I sent several messages back and forth to determine a guard that would be more suited for my needs and smaller mouth size. They even sent out a different guard for me to try at no cost to see if it will relieve my jaw tension from constant clinching. If the guard they send me works and is comfortable to wear, they will have a repeat customer for life!

No matter how I wore them, made me gag. They are super thin and flimsy, you have to bite down to keep them in place, and I’m trying to AVOID biting, period. Did not care for these. Others might love them. But for me, they were very thin ledges and trying to hold it in place made my jaws ache and had gag reflex everytime I opened my mouth.

For 7 years now I've been searching for a device to help me avoid grinding of teeth and clinching my jaw at night while sleeping. I've tried the $800 costume trays from my dentist and cheaper versions but all were too bulky, uncomfortable, or tight around my teeth. Often causing me headaches and didn't allow me to sleep.This Koheel product is not bulky and I can sleep through the night with no discomfort, no grinding, and no clinching.I absolutely recommend it.This is the best money I've spent in my own health. It comes with 2 devices but no case, which I suggest buying for storage and safe keeping.

I thought these were perfect except for one thing. They didn’t go infront of my teeth like advertised and so that part sat behind my teeth which I found annoying. For someone else it may not be an issue. I don’t grind my teeth. I’m a clencher. It was soft enough to be comfortable. I just wish it were a little longer or adjustable. I ended up buying another brand only because it’s supposed to be adjustable. I just received them so I haven’t tried those. I’m sad that these weren’t longer because if it weren’t for that they would have been perfect for my needs!!!

Simple , easy to use . This helped me a lot , price was right and im glad a took a chance on it.

This item is very flimsy and is hard to keep in your mouth. The white part that connects to the purple pieces is designed so poorly that it feels so awkward in your mouth. Everytime I woke up during the night, these were half out of my mouth. Spend the extra money on something better that actually comes with a case.

I was expecting a more solid piece. This is flimsy and moved during sleep and a major choking hazard.

I grind my teeth when I sleep and after searching many products and trying them on the market this is definitely a great product it is a bit uncomfortable at first but after about 1-2 weeks you will get used to it and then it will be easier for you to sleep
