I really like the relacore extra by itself, the fat burn pack really didn't increase my energy or do much other than give me a headache. The relacore extra I will be ordering again by itself because it does help my stress. Too soon off a 15 day supply to tell if it helps with fat or not but judging by other reviews that's hit and miss.
