Jonathan Adler Kindle Fire HDX Cover (3rd Generation - 2013 release), Herringbone Pink

Some good and some bad points to this cover.On the plus side, it seems to be well made and robust. It holds the Kindle really well without obscuring the screen at all.On the down side, it uses an elastic band to hold it closed, it does not turn the Kindle on and off automatically as the others I have used did.When lying in bed to read it is difficult to fold the front cover flat for ease of holding in one hand. The pattern on the cover is very 1960's.Honestly I do not think it is worth what I was charged for it. However, since it is the only one available which fits my model of Kindle, it will have to do.

Suited my Kindle Fire perfectly. I never use the elastic band to keep the cover closed, as it seems like at the edges the material might tear very easily. Don't want to risk anything so not using that. So I can't really comment on that part of the cover.What bugs me a little is that you only have one way of putting the Kindle in the cover, but if you want to check a photo album on for instance Facebook, you have to turn the Kindle around as it won't let you look at the pics on the Kindle the way it fits in the cover :/

Hello the cover is sturdy made in its self but very disappointed with the tiny black strips that are stuck down with glue and hold the screen in place in various positions. Now after only having the cover a short time all but seven of the black strips have fallen off, I paid £ 19.99 and I see that the price now is £ 41.99 I hope they don't have those black strips.Sorry about the reviewRegardsMr Robert Williams

Great design at a good price. Only drawback is that the stand only operates in Landscape mode (not Portrait) unlike "Origami-style" covers. This is fine for lots of use as a conventional tablet but not ideal for reading ebooks.

My query is, the product was good, I just need a replacement , but I can see there is no stock, my question is there a similar one that fits this kindle fire 3 gen ??

It is an ok cover. It smells a bit funny and I can see the elastic stretching as it opens and closes this way. Solid cover for protection.

Nice, sturdy cover for my kindle fire, only downside, the interior material on inside cover, picks up all bits. Otherwise pleased with my purchase.

Looks nice and bright but expected back of kindle to be covered. Not yet used it as problem receiving the kindle. Does appear to do what it says and good for standing kindle if want to watch films.
