First of all, when you receive your diffuser (super-fast delivery too, by the way!), don't panic: the power cord and remote are packaged inside the unit lolSecond: it's as easy to use as it is beautiful. Just open the top half of the oak-looking (plastic) exterior, lift the interior lid, and add your water & oils. It starts to mist as soon as you turn it on, and works with or without the light.Third: It's the perfect size! This unit holds 550ml, and a standard-sized bottle of water is 500ml. So you add a bottle of water, and your diffuser will run for a couple of days. And -- it turns itself off when the water is gone. How awesome is that??I'll definitely be buying another one (or several lol) for the downstairs.

I will be buying another one today for my bedroom. This is such a great diffuser. If your on the fence about it let me encourage you. This is the best diffuser I've ever owned. I've purchased a couple in the past and none work as well or last as long as this one. The remote is great because you can have it up on a shelf where your kid can't reach it and you can easily turn it off and on. I put Velcro on the remote so it sticks to the side of my end table out of sight and I can reach it any time. The light is soft and lovely and the best part of this diffuser, excellent output. Very quiet too!

Just received. Good time in arrival. It comes in a very plain box. Remote, & cord are inside cup for water.Easy to use. Looks nice. Good mist.I wish there was remote control directions.I think the remote is a nice touch so you don’t have to get up & down to adjust.It was fun checking out all the light colors but opted for none during sleep as it’s a little bright but pretty.For the price & size plus remote, there’s not a better deal.

Bought this in April 2018 and loved it as soon as I opened the box. Fast forward to August 2018 and it won't turn on. Have tried different plugs, changed the water and water levels and nothing. All it does is beep. Am going to try and find the company information and see if I can return it or exchange it.UPDATE AUGUST 2018: I was contacted almost immediately by the company offering to replace the defective unit. After a few snags with addresses I received my new diffuser yesterday and had it up and running within minutes! The remote is a great feature I just hope the dog doesn't eat it! I'm updating my review stars!!!

The remote sucks, you have to press it sometimes dozen times before it works and that is the only way to get it to go into high mode! And you need high mode because this one doesn't put as much out as other brands.However, it does look nice and does work great if you are only wanting aroma for essential oils, I have a small house and no place for a large humidifier so I have different types of these diffusers throughout the house

The device's water seal failed 34 days after purchase and after approximately 15 uses. The water seal is the most important part of the device - it's failure lead to water on a coffee table and hardwood floor. Thankfuly we weere home when this happened as I can imagine that such a failure could potentially cause an electrical shortage. Unfortunately the Amazon return period is 30 days and the failure occurred at 34 days so couldn't return it. Considering that there are no moving parts in the diffuser one would think it would very durable - not the case. Very poor experience makes me leery of future purchases from this manufacturer.

It offers what it says. I just wish the water basin held more than a few ounces (literally, it includes a tiny cup you are not to overfill). It runs out quickly. Decorative, pretty, great on fashion. Falls short on some ancient and ugly Vaporizer that gets the job done all night long and can hold a gallon of water. It really comes down to the buyer. If your need for a humidifier is more feng shui, perfect. If your need for a humidifier is not to be pretty, but functional ... mmmm. Keep looking. Just depends on the buyer's needs.

My second diffuser of this brand and style. Fill it in the morning, I love sandlewood, it last all day. The small diffuser's are good but these large one are fantastic. Some salesman says set it and forget it, that is what you do with these diffusers.
