Baby Zoo Gus The Turtle Timer Night Light Pink UI1101

Brilliant little turtle night light, can be set to time off at different intervals which is great, battery powered so does not have to be plugged in, my daughter sleeps with it and is able to operate it independently, ticks all the boxes.

My little lad is 2, he started to wake up at night and asking for the light to be left on. This little light was great, he can turn it on and off himself, there are a couple of settings for the time is stays on (we set it for 10 mins) and it has two settings of brightness so it doesnt keep him awake. A really good buy.

My 2.5 year old loves it. This replaces her fisherprice lullaby seahorse that broke.She can read her books at night for whatever setting you have programmed it for. Would have given 5stars if the designers had made the fins etc a bit softer. These are made from hard plastic and whilst my daughter has rolled onto at night it doesn't seem to bother her.

Wanted something that was dim and would turn itself off on a timer (there was a report long ago about toddler's eyes being damaged if there isn't a period of total dark at night). This cute item fits the purpose beautifully. 3 yr old daughter loves it. Found I had to sellotape over the click switches for the settings and tell her to leave the tape alone - but since then it has worked fine.

I really liked this idea of a nightlight that also has a timer so turns off once my daughter falls asleep. The idea is great but the turtle is small, plastic and therefore not particularly soft to have in bed and the brightness of the turtle is very dim so whilst the turtle itself glows, it is not enough that any light comes off it to brighten up the room, so my daughter still feels the need to sleep with the light on. So problem not solved but I am nearly £20 poorer for a new piece of plastic clogging up my daughter's bed. It is cute(ish) though.

My youngest daughter loves this. She was having problems sleeping with the lights off and since i bought this she hasnt woke us up once in 3 month. If she wakes up she simply hits the shell and the light comes on. Battery lasts ages, the different times you can select for the light to stay on are great

I bought this as a nightlight for an older child so I didn't have to leave the lamp on all night so thought it was a really good idea to buy one with a timer. In principle its a good idea but my daughter woke up in the middle of the night to go the loo and although she knew to press the shell, she couldn't find it in the dark so she won't let me leave her without a light anymore. I found the light way too pricey for what it is so on that basis I wouldn't recommend it.
