I was looking for something that can deal with the bad smell of what my two cats generate. I thought this product was just a fan with a odor filter. But after I opened the package and found that it is a O3 generator which is able to decompose odor producing chemicals into harmless substances, thereby removing the odor. I hang the device besides the cat litter boxes, after several days test and I can tell it really gets the job done quietly and efficiently. In the setting you can pick the duration and times of the de-odor process. You won't notice it is working unless getting very close to it. I am really happy with my purchase.

I decided to take a chance on this machine. I read the negative reviews about it not working that great (or at all) as well as the ones concerned about the safety of putting ozone into the home environment. I also read some sources on indoor ozone. Ultimately, I had to do something about the kitty litter aroma wafting into the hallway outside the bathroom where I keep it, so I thought I would test it out and see if we felt any negative effects from it. I determined I could keep a window cracked in order to assist in not running the machine in an enclosed space and that would help the ozone clear out even quicker than the recommended 20 min 'stay away time' after the machine runs, also if a person or cat happens to be in the room when it kicks on. When it runs, there is a noticeable smell of ozone but it is very faint, so my impression is that the amount of ozone it puts out is pretty minimal. However, it is doing an amazing job of decreasing the odeur de chat. I keep the Ionizer on at all times (the light on the left). I have the Ozone set to run 5 min every 2 hours (the light on the right, and the first option, P1 on the ozone settings). It might be enough to deodorize the space to just keep the Ionizer on and not use the ozone at all...I haven't tried that yet. I suspect that the negative reviews stating it does not do enough to remove the kitty litter smell are from users who may have an unrealistic expectation of never ever smelling a slight foul odor... I did experience that this morning when I was taking these pictures but it's because a cat had just been in there, and even with that fact it was still tolerable to be in the same room (it was barely noticeable) and the odor was nowhere near making it out to the hallway. The 2nd picture is of the first location I tried it out in, which is inside the actual cabinet where the kitty litter is. The cats were scared of the noise it makes, even though it is very quiet...it wasn't quiet enough for them and to have it right next to their private area was apparently an affront very egregious to their sensibilities, plus I already had a concern about keeping it in such a tiny enclosed space that the cats might come into too much contact with the ozone. So I moved it to the wall above an outlet and in a corner and it doesn't look bad at all, nor does it give offense to those of the feline order. You can see in the picture where taking off the adhesive hanger also took off the paint, but I don't care cause it's in a cabinet. For the 2nd location on the wall I simply used a nail. For reference, I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes in the space it is meant to deodorize. I use the Breeze litter system but sometimes my cats don't like the pellets so I just use pinto beans instead and it does the trick.

I was skeptical at first, but it has won me over. It was down by the cat litter, pictured on the left. This item has thoroughly changed the atmosphere of my household. At first I was worried about the ozone in my home, but after extensive research, the quantity of ozone is so under the amt is harmful! So don’t believe the negative reviews about ozone. The scent of the ozone is very faint, but reminds me of the air after rain. I also bought another one for my mom’s studio in the facility she lives in with her cat. Feeding the cat salmon from her lunch, the room reeks of fish. I’ve used so many different room deodorizers and all they do is add to the odor. This item eliminates that nasty fish smell, and the litter box. I highly suggest this item for cleaner air. You will be pleasantly surprised at how well it works, and it comes with a hook if you wish to hang it. A great find!! Sorry to say I have had to throw them out, they quit working after about 2 months. Both of them. They worked good when they worked, but I expected a longer time of usage.

I purchased this to go in my litter room. It’s in the cavity under my stairs and houses two large litter boxes for 4 cats. I have a 12 year old cat who has decided he does not want to poop in the box anymore; He would rather poop in the floor next to it. After a dozen attempts to fix this we opted to just start using puppy pads and change them regularly. I have another cat who will use the box but doesn’t ever cover her poop. Between the two of them, it was making my house smell and it was causing one of my other cats to act out because the smell was too much for him. So I decided to invest in an air purifier. There is very little space and I needed something wall or ceiling mount that wouldn’t get in the way and would be easy to reach when the filter needed to be changed. This product has worked really well. It has almost completed eliminated the poop smell from wafting through my whole house and has eliminated it completely within the litter room when it’s running. That the big kicker, WHEN it’s running. This is the reason this is not getting 5 stars for me. If this has a setting that allowed it to run continuous for 24 hours a day then it would be perfect. However the best I can do is P5 where it runs for 30 minutes every 2 hours. Works great when it’s running, but if one of my kitties poops 5 minutes after it shuts off then it sits there to create an odor for 2 hours before the purifier turns back on to clean the air. Just something to keep in mind to make sure that this meets your needs. Otherwise it’s extremely quiet when it’s running and it does a great job. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

Ich nutze den Morrerfresh Ozonreiniger jetzt seit einigen Wochen in unserem Badezimmer, das leider kein direktes Fenster hat. Vor allem nach dem Toilettengang hat sich der Geruch oft im ganzen Flur verteilt – sehr unangenehm. Seit ich den Morrerfresh im P1-Modus laufen lasse, ist das Problem praktisch verschwunden. Die Luft riecht deutlich frischer, und der typische Toilettengeruch ist fast vollständig weg – ohne Parfüm oder Duftstoffe, einfach neutral. Ich finde es auch super, dass das Gerät keine Filter braucht, sehr leise arbeitet und kaum Strom verbraucht. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man es einfach einstöpseln und laufen lassen kann, ohne viel einzustellen. Nur ein Hinweis: Man sollte nicht im Raum sein, wenn das Ozon aktiv ist, aber das ist in der Anleitung gut erklärt, und mit etwas Routine kein Problem. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – vor allem für kleine, schlecht belüftete Räume wie Toiletten, Haustierbereiche oder Speisekammern.

Per me è stato molto utile. Abbatte in modi ottimo i profumi dei nostri cari amici pelosi. Sarebbe bello poter modificare la frequenza di funzionamento 2 ore tra un funzionamento e l'altro non sempre sono sufficienti se i pelosi si mettono di impegno. Ovviamente nel periodo di funzionamento si sentirà profumo di ozono che a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere quindi consiglio prima di acquistarlo di considerare questo punto. Per il resto il funzionamento è semplice decidi se attivare la generazione di ioni negativi (continua) e quella di ozono in 5 livelli da un minimo di 5 Min ad un massimo di 20 Min a seconda dell'area che si vuole coprire. Dopo un ciclo l'ozono non viene generato per 2 ore ( immagino per evitare la saturazione degli ambienti e l'innalzamento delle concentrazioni di questo gas )
