Absolutely out of this world spectacular microphone and boom arm! The value of this product for the quality it puts out steelseries product is super customizable and very high quality audio products. I've used there microphones and headsets for 6 years and never regretted a purchase. Longevity and durability that satisfy you spending the money.

Bought for my son, and he loves it. Very sturdy and well made.

Doesn't feel like it has many adjustment options. Basically up and down. They're hinges instead of multi-directional elbows. It's literally my first boom arm so maybe this is the norm. I finally have it in a location that works ok.

Purchased two of these for my SO and i, both are incapable of holding the weight of the microphone and fall to the lowest possible angle at all times no matter how tight you make it. When i contacted support they told me to use plumbers tape to help??? This is your own product to hold your own microphone and now i have to use plumbers tape to make a brand new product work? Are you out of your mind? Buy a third party product that will actually work instead of wasting your money on this piece of garbage.

I have had the Alias Pro for a few months before getting the boom arm. It is a game changer and clears up so much desk space.

Was excited to upgrade my old boom arm to match my SteelSeries Mic. As I was mounting to my desk I was impressed with the quality of material used, but as soon as I but the arm on top of the clamp, boom the thing falls a part. Appears the clamp is held together by a little bit glue?! Super disappointed.
