Product defected - very poor after sales support

The grinder stopped working completely after 1 month

Terrible machine. Grinder worked only once. Can’t make ice coffee as advertised Wasted good money

I like the Machine, the grinder need to be cleaned most of the time or it will stop working comparing to other brands. Coffee machine is great but don't count on the grinder as it won't deliver all the time

The machine stopped working after only 3 months from buying it! It is a 1k wasted. And amazon are useless for after sales support.. I will never buy anything similar through amazon again!

تجربتي مع هذه الماكينة كانت سيئة للأسف. اشتريت هذه الماكينة من أمازون لأنني كنت متحمسة لتحضير القهوة في المنزل، لكنها خيبت ظني تماماً. بعد أقل من شهر من الاستخدام العادي، بدأت الماكينة تتعطل. بدل أن تقوم بتحضير القهوة، أصبحت تنزل ماء فقط دون أي قهوة! توقعت جودة أفضل بكثير مقابل السعر المدفوع. جربت تنظيفها وإعادة ضبطها أكثر من مرة حسب التعليمات، لكن دون فائدة. بصراحة، لا أنصح أي شخص بشراء هذه الماكينة، وأتمنى من الشركة أن تراجع جودة المنتج

Excellent Coffee Maker , never goes wrong , you need to know your favorite taste of Coffee you want then you make your selection as desired, I figured out you choose 2 cubs with 1 on the beans side is great choice for one single cup of Coffee. Highly recommend

This coffee machine fails to deliver the major two features that it is supposed to do 1- the two coffee compartments feature is just a gimmicky worthless; once you brew one cup or more the grinder internal compartment will be filled with coffee beans, so the next 2 grinding will be from these beans regardless if you select the other coffee beans compartment. So the idea you can fill the coffee containers with decaf and caffeinated coffee beans and select between them DOES NOT work, example/ you will dial the decaf knob, but your coffee will be prepared from the previous brewing coffee beans twice. 2- the machine is claimed to brew coffee into glass or into the included jug, this is the biggest failure in this machine, simply regardless of what you select, the plate under the cup will be extremely heated and if it’s a normal glass cup it will crack, if the cup is plastic it will melt, if it is paper it will start to burn, and the machine was advertised to brew over ice!!! while its heating under it!!!!, can’t believe how philips really engineered this product, save your money and just go buy any normal dripping coffee machine.

استخدمها من ثلاث سنوات وخربت لان الاستخدام عليها عندي عالي وطلبتها للمرة الثانيه
