I take immunity boosting supplements everyday to stay healthy. I notice that I am less likely to get sick with regular use, which makes the cost well worth it. The Liposomal Resveratrol helps with anti-aging, immune system, skin, heart and liver health. I do feel like this supplement helps me stay healthy. I feel that my skin is looking better and I just feel better overall. I am hoping that they are also helping with anti-aging.The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. There are 120 capsules inside and I love that they give us a 4-month supply to test this product out to make sure it is providing health benefits before we need to reorder. The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. I take 1 capsule with a meal and plenty of water and have not experienced any stomach upset or other negative side effects. The bottle is pricey, but it is about $0.40 a day to take this, which is not bad.

I never notice a difference when I take resveratrol but I've read it helps with your overall health and aging so I'll continue to take it. It doesn't give me any unwanted side effects so that's nice.

My husband has pill dysphasia, which in layman's terms means that he cannot swallow a pill. Additionally, he has to open up capsules, soft gels, chew hard pills, and prefers things in gummy form or liquid. My Father-in-law is a vascular surgeon and recommended grape seed to my husband because on his paternal side, both his father and his grandfather have had a heart attack at a young age. Please consult with your physician before taking any supplement. I did look at the pills and inside the bottle was very powdery as if one capsule probably opened. In clinical trials, grape seed is supposed to open blood vessels and prevent Alzheimer’s. Of course, we all know that supplements are not FDA approved. So once again, make sure that you speak with your physician to see if there would be any interactions with medications you may be on. For example, a blood thinner Is mentioned In interfering with this particular supplement. I do believe the price point is set a bit too high for the quality of the supplements.

This is a quality product by a reputable company and not difficult to swallow. Resveratrol is a compound that plants produce for their own benefit and use especially when they are attacked by bacteria or a virus as well as if they receive physical damage. It seems to be an effective anti-inflammatory as well in studies with lab animals. Much fanfare was given to wine since Resveratrol is found in abundance in the skin of grapes. The fuzziness comes in determining how much is necessary to have a real effect in humans. A person would need to consume a bizarre amount of wine which would present obvious health issues. It also might not be readily bioavailable when taken via supplements. I experiment with it in hopes of it having a positive effect, but some medical information suppliers I have watched chose not to add it to their routines. I will continue to use it in hopes it's contributing to less internal inflammation. So do your own due diligence.

I didn't realize this was just from grape skin. I believe I usually use a different type of resveratrol. However, this still did help me. I am on a high ttfd protocol and if I don't take an antioxidant, such as this, then I get a terrible flavor and the ttfd doesn't sit well in my stomach. When I take this, everything seems to be fine. I know this one is effective because I was using a brand that was not effective, and when switching to this there was no bad flavor from my other supplement.The only reason why I deducted a star is due to price. The current price is $49.99, but it's usually $59.99 for 120 capsules. I guess at the sale price it isn't too bad of a deal. I usually take a lower dose, but if you need the 500mg dose then this might be a good option for you. It does work.
