Received the product on time with no damage, neatly packed in one cardboard box over another - the seller has taken care of that. I had received it on 4th Oct but started using it from today.The product is good value for money , easy to assemble ( there is a you tube video also). It's very light weight and has castor wheels for easy mobility. Expected to carry weight and last long. But because of very light it moves with slight wind which is a concern . I had kept it in balcony ( photo attached). The colour is sky blue which is very soothing.It worth mentioning that M/S FLIPZON is very responsive and helpful .. and assured of providing assistance to any problem with the product and spares if need be. They had displayed their email id and phone no in the web and both are active to cater to customer need if any. This is one of the reason I decided to buy this product. Earlier i had bought similar product from pAFFY and had a terrible experience both with the product, warranty / nil response for any sort of assistance - incidentally I had somehow returned that and got rid of the problem.Would like to mention some of the area of improvementMy old cloth drying stand was purchased from HOME POWER and after 8 years of rugged use, it's still in somewhat working condition but needed a replacement now - few features of that was pretty good which is mentioned with photo - green in colour)Now about flipzon product -1. The main side rods and the base frames may be made a bit heavier to withstand load and better stability2. The screw used for fixing drying rack should also be powder coated or of BRASS / STEEL to avoid rusting and eventual damage to cloths. ( photo attached)3, The pipes are directly fitted in the plastic groove ( photo attached) - no separate socket used - in case the plastic grooves are broken the entire plastic frame will need to be replaced. It may be provided with separate socket and groove arrangement.4. The base frames in which wheels are fitted are not foldable - if it is made foldable the entire thing can be stored in a better way my old drying stand has that ( photo attached)5. Three drying racks are not adjustable - its fixed as per pipe length - can be made flexible - my old drying stand has that ( photo attached)
