One is the comments mentions need a keyboard? Does it not with keyboard as in the photos?

It has a software keyboard or you can plug in a usb keyboard. The case is just cosmetic and the keyboard on it is just moulded plastic and is none-functional.

Does this come with games?

Yes 64 of them. Your question is worded as if you beleive this to be a console that you can buy games for ... alas it is not. It is a pre loaded machine that will in time be able to have new rom loaded onto it.

Yes, it is. At least the one I bought was.

Does it accept old floppy discs

No. It loads software from USB. You can use disc image files (.d64) to load software that was originally on floppies.
