Love this product! It’s a lifesaver when you feel a sinus infection starting or just are plugged up, I also have migraines and it helps when I feel one coming on. Strength of vibration is great and heat feels so good. My daughter often steals it!

Works great, big improvement over the microwaveable eye mask I was using before. I’ve been using it every night and it seems to be helping my dry eyes. Glad I didn’t listen to the reviews that said it won’t hold a charge. If you’re not seeing the blue CH light up when you plug it in to charge it, you’re probably using the wrong type of usb c cable. My iPhone cable wouldn’t charge it - you need a lower wattage USB C cable.

I bought this in the hopes of continuing (in part) similar therapeutic treatments my optometrist conducted on my eyes to address meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). The IPL treatments at the doctor's office ultimately failed but I still sense some minor benefits from the heat this wand delivers, perhaps better for the glands in the lower lids than heated eye pads. I don't use the vibration feature and I'm careful not to expose my eyes to the light. My understanding from years ago is it's destructive to vibrate the eye itself so I don't go near the upper lids.

The heat and massage help to break down and clogged oil glands and the red light is wonderful for firming and anti-aging, It’s easy to incorporate it into your regular beauty routine because it just takes a couple of minutes on each eye and then you add your eye serum or cream, The price is also perfect for all the features you get in one beauty product.

Bought this because I keep having issues with my eye and was hoping to clear a clogged tear duct. It did not clear for me because I have a severe case that requires medical attention. With that being said this product is amazing and perfect for reducing the bags under my eyes. Just didn't serve the purpose I was hoping for. It gets really warm and has a vibrating mode. Love it. Feels like a spa experience

Just received. So far, works great. Came fully charged, heats up quick and the massage is soothing to my puffy (sinus) eyes. Edit: I received this on 12/27/25, it stopped charging on 1/5/26. Today is 1/7/26 and it still won’t charge. It was a good product, until it wasn’t. Will return and look for a different brand. Changing review to 1 star b/c it only last a little over a week. The video is from charging overnight.

This helps with some eye issues. All of a sudden doesn’t hold a charge. Only had this for less than a month

Does absolutely nothing. Feels good has zero therapeutic effect and does not affect any of the claims the product description makes. Definitely not professional level of therapeutic red light. The warmth is nice on the eyes; makes us sit down and pause… That’s about.
