Magnesium citrate is his preferred form of magnesium because he finds it effective and easy on his digestive system, as well as being readily absorbed. I appreciate that these are sugar-free since he needs to stay away from sugar.These gummy's smell wonderful and the raspberry shape is attractive. This shape is more suitable for adults than the teddy bear shape that seems to be fairly common for magnesium gummies.This high potency magnesium only requires one gummy per day making this 180 gummy bottle a nearly 6 month supply.We prefer to use supplements made in the USA, but unfortunately neither the description, packaging, nor the company website indicate where these Natural BioScience Sugar-Free Magnesium Gummies are manufactured. Some of their other products specifically say that they're made in the US, so I thought I'd take a chance, hoping that the packaging would state where they're produced; however, it does not. (Star rating reflects lack of information regarding where they're made.)At $38.95 for a 6 month supply, I find them to be reasonably priced if made in the USA. Unfortunately, we won't be taking these since the location where they're made isn't available.

Odd raspberry taste is starting to grow on me. They chew more like licorice. My other vitamin gummies are softer and melt easier.Good value compared to capsules or disgusting powders.

Tastes good, easy to chew and swallow. Magnesium has tons of benefits and I highly prefer gummies over pills.
