Airman 440ml Tyre Sealant Puncture Repair

Not had the need to put into use so cannot report on its effectiveness. I bought it as I had noticed the use by date had expired on the unit that came with the car when new. Although branded differently from the original unit it is a direct replacement and fits into the pump unit without a problem. These are expensive but should not to be confused with the stand alone canisters available in motor accessory outlets. It is important to check all dimensions and outlets on the existing unit to ensure compatibility.

needed this to replace the sealant in my kit that went with the car, better price than the garage and equally good.

Essential to have this in case of a puncture. Ridiculous that newer cars have this 'mickey mouse' item instead of a proper spare wheel. Quite expensive. Will only know if it works when needed for a puncture, so only 4 stars.

I ran over a large screw/bolt on the way out of work, 2 mis later I was running on my rim and had to call my recovery service, which took over an hour!! When I got home, I used the sealant out of curiosity, as I had to get to garage for a repair in the morning, surprisingly it did the job, 5 mins later I was driving around, and stayed inflated all evening.As long as your puncture isn't a slash, this will do the trick.

It’s what I wanted just a big annoyed at the short use by date of 2020!!
