I received the foam vacuum packed in plastic. I opened the packing and let the foam expand for a day or so until I could get around to working on my project. When I came to work on my project, the foam was fully expanded, all edges square and straight. I used the foam in a small case to hold microphones snug during transport. So far I'm very pleased with the product.

This came as described seems to be a good quality foam. It was easy to cut and fit into a box. I would buy it again.

This was exactly what I needed to replace the foam in my camera case. This will allow me to rearrange my case in a way that works better for me. the foam has a good density and is easy to cut. I will be getting more for my other cases.

I have several old tool cases that came with battery operated tools that have long since died. I decided to use a Dremel and cut out the partitions in those cases and then line the cases with foam to make some protective carrying cases for some other items I have such as RC cars and air guns.I was expecting these foam sheets to be soft and squishy at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are firm and dense. There is conflicting information on the listing, which in some places says the material is polyurethane, but in others it states that it is polyethylene, and it seems that this is the higher quality denser polyethylene. Also be aware that these are grey in color and not black.Twenty-three bucks for a 6-pack of these is a pretty good deal considering that these are higher quality than what I was expecting.
