But it works.\n \n","reviewBody":"I got these on the 2 for $9 deal they had, which is great considering the normal price was $15.The build quality is fine considering the price, finicky to deploy and I have a few doubt about the longevity on these parts.The biggest drawback is how there's nothing stopping a determined flat bug from crawling through the middle where the two meshes overlap, and also the spaces around the edges where the metal frames slide together could be another great hiding spot for stinky bugs. I'll have fun scooping those bastards out later this year I'm sure. They probably could have prevented that a bit with some thick brush material in these gaps, but obviously that'd cost extra.Plus, having the window itself be the retaining force means an animal could pretty easily pop it out of place if they really wanted to, but that's the price one pays for not installing a permanent mesh so I can't really fault this product.So overall; if I had paid $15 for this, it would have been an OK purchase. Since I got 2 for $9, so really it is a great value. It is cheap so you should expect to get what you paid for, but hey it works good enough for me. Plus, I have a lot of plants and I can put them in the window sill without worrying if it's going to fall down and knock someone out from below. The screens fit in the windows great. I'm hoping they will stay in when it gets really windy. They are a bit flimsy but they were pretty inexpensive. So time will tell on that one.
